Premier Mortgage & Real Estate was founded by Ron Schoonover and Amber Schoonover in January of 2007. The founders have worked together for about 8 years prior to starting Premier Mortgage & Real Estate and have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate field.

It is our goal to treat each of our clients with the utmost respect and integrity. Without our client base and client referrals none of this would be possible. As a whole, we intend to be in the mortgage and real estate business for the long run. We respect and treat each transaction like it is our own transaction. Buying a home and obtaining a home loan is an intense and sometimes overwhelming process and it is our duty as the real estate and loan professionals to make this process as painless and enjoyable as possible for each of our clients.
